Hi, I’m Vanessa, founder and lead supervisor at ChildFirst Supervision. I started this service to create a safe, supportive, and respectful space for children and families during supervised contact visits.
With over 18 years of experience in child care and youth case management, I bring a deep understanding of children’s needs, developmental stages, and the importance of nurturing secure connections. I have worked with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex family situations, special needs, and challenging transitions.
As an independent provider, I personally oversee every visit — from the first conversation to the final report — ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a child-centred approach. I am committed to making visits safe, positive, and supportive for all children while respecting all parties involved.
